STRENGTH LAB CLASS PASS

A combination of strength & conditioning classes that will push your training to another level.
These classes are in a small group setting so participants will get more individualized instruction.
Purchase a package for 10 classes and use for any of the classes below.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

TRX KETTLEBELL is a bodyweight and kettlebell based workout that adds a different dimension to training, as they target the deep internal core stabilizers. You have to work harder to maintain balance with the kettlebell, and the TRX encourages a plank position for the exercises. You’re in a moving plank the entire time. These are excellent tools to challenge yourself and keep your muscles guessing! The workout is completed circuit-style, moving quickly from one set of exercises to the next.

BARBELL BOOTCAMP is a Strength based class that incorporates a variety of strength modules. Barbells, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Medcine balls, Sandbags, Etc.

 

Just come ready to challenge yourself and NYA’s trainers will give you a full body workout that incorporates a variety of styles that includes

Strength, Core, & Conditioning

THERE IS NO "I" IN TEAM! Let NYA trainers design and coach your team’s sports performance training.  Team training is a great way to gain an advantage over the competition, while simultaneously providing a unique team bonding experience.  These programs are fully comprehensive and address all aspects of sports performance including power, strength, mobility, injury prevention, conditioning, speed, & agility.

SPEED & STRENGTH

WINTER STRENGTH & SPEED CAMPS 2025

This is a fun class where young athletes will learn to perform and perfect the fundamental movement patterns of strength. Athletes will train twice a week to improve strength, speed, power, coordination, and confidence in a safe environment. Our NYA coaches have extensive experience in strength training, a variety of sports, and are all Certified Personal Trainers.

This class is designed for athletes looking to gain a competitive edge on the field.​

Refine footwork, enhance explosiveness, develop speed, and boost endurance through a combination of targeted drills.
