NYA YOUTH PROGRAMS

NYA Sports & Fitness Center is THE place for kids to get active and enjoy sports! We have camps, clinics, sports leagues, open court time, and many more youth programs. You can also host great birthday parties at NYA!

Club Fun

The perfect summer camp for kids ages 3-6! Includes creative games, yoga, science experiments, exploration hikes, water play, and more!

Performance Training

Not just muscle training, but movement training with the scientifically designed SPEED programs at NYA for children in grades 3-12.

Camps

Discover all NYA's options for kids to hone their skills in various sports, stay active during school breaks, and have a GREAT time!

Pre-K Programs

Classes and skills development perfect for the pre-k ages! Discover pre-k yoga classes and all-sports sampling classes.

Martial Arts

Students will become skilled in effective self-defense techniques combining use of the hands and feet. We emphasize mental and physical aspects of training, including key principles such as discipline, respect, confidence, determination, courage and self-control.
