AGES 6 & UP ONLY: $325

How long before my child’s party can I arrive at NYA with cake, party favors, etc.?Host family should arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before the start of the party to set up goody bags, additional decorations, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any early arrivals. Paper goods and tablecloths will be provided for your celebration.

How long before the party can guests arrive?Children should be dropped off no sooner than 5 minutes before the party start time.

Can parents and siblings of attendees stay for the party?Parents and/or siblings of attendees who plan on staying throughout the party must be included in the party headcount of 24 max and be listed on the guest roster.

Can parents or attendees who are not included in the 24-attendee max wait in the building during the party?Due to capacity limitations, facility Member traffic, and other scheduled building activities we do not allow parents of attendees to wait in the building during the party.

What time should parents pick up their child from the party?Parents should arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before the party end time to pick-up their child.

If I need to cancel my birthday party for any reason including concerns about COVID, will I get a refund of my deposit?All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our business where parties are booked in advance, cancellations result in considerable loss for NYA since we book staff and turn away other parties. However, the NYA staff is happy to work with you and find an alternate date for your celebration.
