NYA offers classes to meet a variety of members’ fitness goals from cardio inspired dance classes to calming, yoga classes, to strength training. Our Group Fitness classes are designed to make your fitness goals easily attainable by giving you a fun and energizing workout.

Family Mother's Day Yoga
Saturday, May 11th at 11:30am
Come celebrate family by joining in a special Family Yoga partner practice.
Kids come with your mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, any other special adult in your life. We will explore poses which assist with balance, deepen stretches and most importantly allow you to connect and have fun in a playful way to celebrate the special gift of family.
Together we will explore partner assisted postures, breath, and supported balances that enhance our connections with our loved ones with an emphasis on trust and compassion, a little Shavasana will complete the experience.
Free for members and $15 for non members, kids are included with their adult.
