Performance Training

Pick your training option:

Personal Training

One-on-one organized activity designed to improve athletic performance or help attain a required level of skill. One-hour sessions for individuals, partners, and groups are available by appointment only.

Performance Training

An unmatched workout experience designed to enhance performance in all sports. Includes plyometric drills, speed and agility movement, and strength training to improve endurance, coordination, balance, core stabilization and muscle definition. Training sessions are performed individually or in groups. Training sessions last approximately 1 hour by appointment only.​
