Yoga Tune Up

Sunday @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, 2/9/20

In this workshop, Tammy will address common back issues and how to use self care tools, strength exercises combined with self massage, that you can use for the rest of your life. Wear comfortable, but not too loose clothing, and be open to explore new ways to get YOUR BACK, back on track!



Mom and Baby Yoga

Fridays @ 9:30 AM, 1/10/20 - 2/14/20

Come join us for a class that is fun for mom and baby. Mom’s will find much needed moments of quiet and centering. The focus will be on finding the breath, grounding poses and increasing energy and flexibility. Baby will find playful poses and quality time with mom.




Thursdays @ 9:00 am, 2/6/20 - 3/26/20

TRX builds true functional strength, flexibility, balance and core work, all wrapped in one big bow. The class is safe for all levels and every class has a different focus ranging from pure strength, interval training, circuits, stretching, and also Yoga and Pilates-based exercises.
