Whether you’re on a team or simply want to improve your athletic skills, you can work with a professional speed & strength coach in a small group setting on speed, agility, coordination, confidence, strength & injury prevention

SPEED AND AGILITY LARGE GROUP TRAINING

Fall Session 2

Work on your speed, agility, and athletic skill in large group circuits led by Coach Gene and Coach Andrew, our Director of Athletic Performance. 

Who: Grades 5th - 12th

When: Tuesday Nights

  • Fall session 2: 11/12/2019 - 12/17/2019

Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Price:

  • $60 per student

  • $10 per class to drop-in
