About the instructor: 

Amanda Jordan completed her 200 hour training at The School of Modern Hatha Yoga, studying under Aline Maire, and has advanced trainings in Yin Yoga as well as Trauma Informed Yoga. Amanda is currently certified though Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 200 level, as well as being recognized as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Amanda is a proud  ambassador for Accessible Yoga as well as The Yoga and Body Image Coalition, two organizations committed to making Yoga available to all.

Fencing is a sport that incorporates strength, balance, coordination, and agility. In fencing, having the mental edge is just as important as physical ability making it a fun, rewarding sport.  For beginners or intermediate fencers, our instructors have the ability to enhance your skill level through targeted drills and agility enhancing practices.  Class is taught by instructors from Candlewood Fencing Club.
